Claims Policy

Under EU consumer law, you have the right to complain about a product that is defective or does not comply with the contract. This right applies for up to two years from the date you receive your order, provided the issue was present at delivery. If a dispute arises, the matter may be handled in accordance with applicable EU law and national consumer protection rules in the country of residence.

We are responsible for ensuring that our gloves are free from original manufacturing defects and material faults. This may include, for example, faulty stitching or defective components such as snap fasteners, zippers, or similar details.

Damage or changes resulting from careless use, abnormal wear, incorrect washing, drying or care, or use of the gloves for purposes other than those intended are normally not covered by the right to claim.

Examples of issues that are normally not approved as claims

· Holes or tears caused by wear and tear

· Damage caused by tow lifts or cables

· Damage caused by strong heat

· Tears caused by sharp objects such as ski edges or knives

· Dry, cracked leather resulting from insufficient treatment with leather balm

· Fading of leather or fabric caused by exposure to water or UV light

· Damage caused by adhesive tape

· Damage resulting from incorrect washing, care, or drying

Did you purchase your gloves from a retailer?

Products purchased from one of our authorized retailers must be returned to the place of purchase for claims handling, as the retailer is responsible for processing the claim. If you are unable to contact the store where the purchase was made, you are welcome to contact our claims department for further assistance.
